BTB Universe Policies The Culture In Control

1. Who We Are

BTB Revolution operates the BTB Universe, including the social layer, Culture Coins economy, radio, marketplace, and BTB experiences. We’re building a direct-to-community platform where artists stay in control and supporters engage with purpose.

2. User Roles & Expectations

Supporters (Fans / Community Members)

Supporters are the foundation. As a supporter, you may:

• Follow artists and engage with posts (Respect, Comment, Repost)
• Participate in community features, games, and Culture Coins systems
• Purchase artist products and content through official BTB systems

Supporters may not:

• Impersonate artists or misrepresent identity
• Abuse engagement systems or Culture Coins mechanics
• Spam, scam, harass, or disrupt the community

Artists / Creators

Artists are independent creators who activate creator tools inside BTB Universe. Artists may:

• Upload and sell content or products they own or control
• Operate an Artist Station (storefront) and engage supporters directly
• Use BTB tools to distribute, monetize, and build direct relationships

Artists must:

• Own the rights to content uploaded (or have documented permission)
• Comply with copyright and intellectual property law
• Accept the Artist Agreement before uploading

Artists may not:

• Upload stolen/unlicensed content, impersonations, or false metadata
• Use AI-cloned voices or deceptive AI content where prohibited by policy
• Exploit refunds/chargebacks or attempt to manipulate platform systems

3. Culture Coins (CC)

Culture Coins are a platform engagement and utility system. They support rewards, access, and participation across BTB Universe. Culture Coins are not an investment product, and there is no guarantee of value outside platform features.

BTB Revolution may adjust earning rates, usage rules, caps, or availability to protect platform integrity and comply with applicable law.

4. Conduct & Community Standards

BTB Universe is built on respect for the culture and the people in it. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, dox, or intimidate anyone
• Use hate speech or discriminatory language
• Promote scams, fraud, or illegal activity
• Spam, bot, manipulate engagement, or exploit platform mechanics

We reserve the right to moderate, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently remove users who harm the platform.

5. Intellectual Property & DMCA

BTB Revolution respects intellectual property. Artists are responsible for uploads and representations of ownership. Copyright complaints are handled under the DMCA process.

6. Artist Agreements, Fees & Taxes

Artists who sell products or content through BTB Universe agree to platform commission terms and applicable taxes. BTB may issue tax forms where legally required. Commission rates and terms may change with notice.

7. Platform Changes & Availability

BTB Universe evolves. We may modify features, policies, prices, commissions, or access levels. We’ll provide notice where required by law or practical. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policies.

8. Privacy, Cookies & Data

We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, and analytics. We handle data in accordance with applicable law.

9. Enforcement & Termination

Violations may result in content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or termination. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal without refund where permitted by law.
