DMCA Policy Copyright Takedowns & Counter-Notices

1. Overview

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) provides a process for copyright owners to request removal of infringing content. BTB Revolution responds to valid notices and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material.

2. Where This Applies

This policy applies to content hosted or displayed on BTB Universe, including creator storefront uploads, posts, media attachments, and any user-submitted material.

3. How To Submit A DMCA Takedown Notice

Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list)
• Identification of the infringing material with enough detail to locate it (URLs are required)
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or authorized agent
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. What Happens After A Valid Notice

• We may remove or disable access to the content
• We may notify the uploader/creator associated with the content
• Repeat infringement may result in account restrictions or termination

5. Counter-Notice Process

If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

• Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
• Your name, address, phone number, and email
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was mistaken
• Consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (as required by the DMCA)
• Your physical or electronic signature

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

BTB Revolution may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights. We also reserve the right to remove content, pause payouts, or restrict creator tools during dispute review where appropriate.
